agnesSensei.com — Evapotranspirasi dan neraca air di lahan cabai rawit (Capsicum frutescens L.) selama musim kemarau kedua dianalisis dalam penelitian ini.

Evapotranspirasi aktual (ET) diperkirakan dengan metode Bowen Ratio Energy Budget (BREB), evaporasi potensial (EP) dihitung dengan metode Penman, dan volume irigasi air diukur secara manual.

Instrumen meteorologi dipasang di lapangan percobaan selama budidaya cabai rawit.

Indeks luas daun meningkat selama tahap pertumbuhan, dengan LAI tertinggi sebesar 1,65 pada tahap generatif.

Rata-rata harian ET adalah 1,94 mm dan EP adalah 6,71 mm, menghasilkan nilai Kc yang rendah.

Nilai Kc berbeda signifikan antara tahap ke tahap berdasarkan analisis uji-T (α = 0,05).

Selain itu, Kc pada setiap tahap dapat dikaitkan dengan kadar air tanah (SWC) dalam fungsi logaritmik.

Evapotranspiration and water balance in a hot pepper (Capsicum frutescens L.) field during the 2 nd dry season were analyzed in this study. Actual evapotranspiration (ET) was estimated by Bowen Ratio Energy Budget (BREB) method, potential evaporation (EP) was calculated by Penman method, and irrigation volume of water was measured manually. Meteorological instruments were installed in the experimental field during hot pepper cultivation. Leaf area index increased during the growing stages where the highest LAI of 1.65 in the generative stage. The daily average of ET was 1.94 and EP was 6.71 mm resulting in low Kc. The Kc values were significantly different between stage to stage under T-test analysis (α= 0.05). Moreover, Kc in every stage could be related to soil water content (SWC) in logarithmic function.
